MAIL MERGE PRO
One letter, one database, four hundred envelopes with the right name at the top of each. Your secretary stops typing the same letter with a different name on it four hundred times.
Works with WordPerfect and with Word.
AUTO-REPLY
Somebody sends electronic mail to your business at eleven at night. They get an answer immediately confirming it arrived and saying when a human will read it. The human reads it in the morning.
The customer no longer wonders whether the message went anywhere.
MACRO WORKS
The Friday afternoon report that takes Janet three hours, written once as a macro and run in under a minute. Janet keeps her job. Janet simply stops spending Friday afternoon on it.

PHONE TREE

THE OFFICE
Three systems, telephone support until half past five, and we come out when something stops working. Most firms take this one.
FULL SERVICE
Everything, plus a site visit each month to fix what nobody got round to reporting. Includes the Y2K audit at no extra charge.
Cheque or money order, payable on invoice. We do not accept credit card details over the Internet and we would advise against giving them to anybody who asks. Prices exclude VAT. Diskettes supplied; please return the empties.
