What it costs and how long it takes
How much does AI automation cost?
We quote per project, because the honest answer depends on how many steps you want automated and how many systems have to talk to each other. A single workflow, such as instant replies to new enquiries, costs far less than a rebuilt sales process across a CRM, a calendar and an invoicing tool.
We give you a fixed number after a free call rather than a range that turns out to be wrong. There is no long lock-in contract.
How long does it take to get started?
Most first automations are live within days rather than months. We deliberately start with one workflow that removes a real bottleneck, prove it works, then build outward from there.
A full CRM build with data migration takes longer, and we tell you that up front rather than after you have signed.
How quickly do you reply to an enquiry?

What the work actually involves
What is AI automation, in plain English?
AI automation means software that carries out the repetitive parts of your business without someone doing them by hand: answering an enquiry, qualifying it, booking it into a calendar, updating the CRM, chasing the follow-up.
The AI part is the judgement. It reads what a customer actually wrote and responds sensibly, instead of following a rigid script that breaks the moment someone phrases things differently. The AI Automation page covers what we build most often.
Which automation tools do you build with?
Zapier, Make and n8n, plus the native integrations a platform already provides. Zapier suits simple, reliable connections. Make handles branching logic and larger data volumes more comfortably. n8n suits teams that want to self-host or need custom code inside a workflow.

Do you offer marketing or run ads?
No. We do not run Facebook or Google ads, and we do not sell ad reporting. We build the automation and CRM systems that handle leads once they arrive.

What happens after the build is finished?
Automations break when the tools around them change: an API updates, a pricing plan changes, a form field gets renamed. Our maintenance service monitors what we built, fixes it when something moves, and reports on how it is performing.
You are not left holding a system nobody in the building understands.
Choosing and running a CRM
Which CRM do you recommend?

Do I have to switch to GoHighLevel?

Can you move our existing data across?
Yes, that is part of a CRM build: contacts and history moved over, deduplicated and checked before anyone relies on them.
Migration is also the part most likely to surface problems that were hiding in the old system, which is why we check rather than assume.
What it is like to hire us
Can you build a website or an app as well?

What do you need from us to start?
A description of the work that is eating your time, and access to the tools involved once the build starts. You do not need a specification, a budget figure or a technical brief to have the first conversation.
